Annotation: The situation in the South China Sea is becoming more and more tens. After the wave of tensions due to China’s ban on freedom of navigation in the water area of this sea in 2013, the major part of which was proclaimed belonging to China, the Chinese authorities have moved to further escalating the conflict. This time they decided to start “prospecting for oil” and exactly in the area, that according to the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea belongs to Vietnam.
