Annotation: The current global financial - economic crisis, as it is well known, has had a negative effect on all countries. It has had a negative impact on Vietnam as well. Under the conditions of continuous scarcity of financial resources, leasing companies may be able to help many businesses survive by providing technological equipment for production.This may result in overcoming the crisis and eventual economic recovery. Therefore, the development of the leasing market in Viet Nam will contribute to the economic development of the country.
