Character of the relations of ASEAN countries and states of Indochine in the 60-70th years

Annotation: The article considers the characteristic features of the relations between the countries of ASEAN and Indochina in the 1960-ies-1970-ies, stressing the factors dividing them, especially American aggression against Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. The US defeat in Indochina and consolidation of national governments in Indochina countries created the conditions for their joining the ASEAN. The author gives country by country picture of relations' development between the countries of ASEAN and Vietnam.
