Developments in South-China Sea as a threat to regional stability and security

Annotation: Nowadays many experts that have been engaged in studying the situation in South-China Sea feel that this conflict in the region have changed its usual character. For a long time this conflict existed in the two phases - with one being a highly conflict one rather quickly changing into another, with flattering negotiations in the first place. Sometimes there was an illusion that the desired compromise would about to be found. The author stresses that it all this in the past and today we are facing a different reality.
