Annotation: In her paper gives the analyses of recent integrating trends in the Indian Ocean and on Eurasian continent, their aims and motives. These trends are characterized by such ideas as initiated in 2013 by China - the Maritime Silk Road -21 (MSR) and the Economic belt of Silk Road and also as a reply to them by such projects moved forward by India in 2014-2015 as Mausam, Spice Roads, Sagara Mala, the Cotton routes. The author shows directions and risks in the realization of these plans of Beijing and Delhi, peculiarity of their interactions in the current situation, which is characterized by steps towards each other and simultaneously existing atmosphere of mutual distrust and rivalry, especially in the sphere of strategy. Special attention is given to the role, reaction and evolution of ASEAN country-members towards the MSR and to USA position on the examined problems.
