A few strokes to the political portrait of the Khmer opposition

Annotation: This paper considers selected aspects of the political views of Khmer opposition leaders - Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha. The author traces their opinions, according to which the international community should become the motor of the democratization process in Cambodia. This persuasion leads to a constant quest to receive international aid from external actors. The paper concludes that the leaders position themselves as the key partners of the West in Cambodia.
