Annotation: The article devotes to the problem of financial inte-gration process in Eastern Asia and in South-East Asia in particular, which is under way in the framework of ASEAN +3 and ASEAN + 6. Special attention is paid to the specific features of East Asian integration mechanism in the sphere of finance. The author also makes the predictions as to the future development of the trends and prospects of integration processes.
