Annotation: The paper considers the latest “Khmer Rouge” tribunal ruling, which upheld a life sentence of two their former leaders Nuon Chea and Khieu Samfan. The author describes the mechanism of the international tribunal. Cham’s evidence on genocide in Pol Pot period are also cited.
