ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКАЯ МОДЕРНИЗАЦИЯ ВО ВЬЕТНАМЕ: ОТ ИНДУСТРИАЛИЗАЦИИ К ИННОВАЦИОННОМУ ЭТАПУ

Аннотация: В статье раскрыта концепция модернизации, осуществляемая во Вьетнаме с середины 1990-х годов, показаны ее основные направления и стадии, связь с опытом НИС. Выявлены формы и результаты индустриализации, отмечены особенности этого процесса в СРВ в сравнении с другими известными моделями. Определены признаки и степень зрелости инновационной составляющей во вьетнамском обществе, перспективы перехода к «экономике знаний». Охарактеризованы новые сферы, задачи, показатели экономического роста на предстоящее десятилетие. Сделан вывод о том, что, несмотря на успехи «догоняющего развития», Вьетнам продолжает отставать от передовых стран Восточной Азии и стремится ускорить процесс модернизации, меняя характер, темпы и направления развития.

 
Annotation: Dr. V.M.Mazyrin's work Economic modernization in Vietnam: from industrialization to the stage of innovation discloses the concept of modernization, which has been realized in Vietnam since the middle 1990s. He demonstrates its main directions and stages and its connection with the practice of the NIC. Forms and results of industrialization are revealed with peculiarities of the process in Socialist Republic of Vietnam as compared to other existing models. The author detects factors and degree of maturity of innovative component in the Vietnamese society as well as prospects of transition to the economy of knowledge. The author describes new spheres, goals, general development targets for the forthcoming decade. He arrives at the conclusion that despite success of catch- up economy Vietnam is still lagging behind the advanced countries of South-East Asia and is striving to accelerate the process of modernization by changing the type, pace and directions of development.
