Аннотация: In her paper Dr. Marina Osipova analyses the causes of cyclical world crises. The world financial system is in the process of evolution under the influence of both globalization and regional integration. Contradictions resulting from these trends are very difficult to resolve. What are the means to be applied? The first thing to do is to improve the world financial system. To this aim the joint attempts of all the participants of the world financial market are necessary.
