Prospects for Vietnam return to the issue of nuclear power plant construction

Annotation: The paper explores the main prospects of nuclear power development in Vietnam after the decision of the National Assembly on the cessation of nuclear power plants projects in November 2016. Detailed analyzes of the main reasons for such decision is made. On this basis, the author gives the complex assessment of Russia's capabilities to become a partner in Vietnamese nuclear power plants constructing in future.
