The Strategy of Russia in the World, Eurasia and Southeast Asia

Annotation: The strategy of Russia in Southeast Asia should be developed and implemented on the basis of global and continental (Euro-Asian) priorities, not the current regional objectives. Global priorities include positioning Russia as the energy, military-industrial and anti-American pole of the world. Continental priorities include the creation of Euro-Asian infrastructure corridors, Euro-Asian political stability aimed at countering the American policy of "fragmentation and destabilization of Eurasia", support for economic integration projects and promotion of the Russian language as an instrument of intercultural communication in Eurasia. Vietnam should be recognized as Russia's main strategic partner in Southeast Asia.
