ASEAN and the EU: the Retrospect and Present State of Relationship

Annotation: The European Union and ASEAN differ significantly as international actors and from the perspective of their institutions and the capacities of their member states. An intensification of trade and investment exchanges between these dialogue formats highlights the necessity to analyze their specificity to further reveal promising directions and measures of interaction, as well as to outline factors that may undermine its successful development.
