Paradoxes of Russian-Singaporean Relations

Annotation: The author conducted a comparative analysis of the economic development of Singapore and the Russian Federation with a focus on the oil refining industry in dynamics from 2011 to the present. This industry was chosen because it is the leading one in Singapore and its indicators exceed the productivity indicators of a similar Russian industry, despite the fact that Singapore does not have a resource base and the country works on imported raw materials. In addition, the author raised the issues of the functioning of the investment sphere and diplomatic relations.
