Internal and External Political and Economic Activities of the New Government of Papua New Guinea during COVID-19

Annotation: The article examines the internal and external policies of the government of Papua New Guinea during the state of emergency imposed in PNG due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The analysis is given for the prospects of PNG’s development and for the government measures to improve the investment opportunities of the country. The period from the beginning of 2020 to the decision to lift the state of emergency on June 16, 2020 is considered.
