The Erosion of the Traditional Culture of International Relations in the Indo-Pacific Region

Annotation: The article considers the process of transformation of international relations in the Indo-Pacific region based on the introduction by the United States of beneficial new rules instead of the universal norms of international law. The focus of the study is an analysis of the problems of the Indo-Pacific countries through the prism of the American-Chinese conflict, as well as through the policies and interests of the countries of the Indo-Pacific Region and, first of all, Southeast Asia.
