Intersection of Interests: Positions of Russia and Countries Participating in Territorial Disputes in the South China Sea

Annotation: The article analyzes the conflict in the South China Sea from the perspective of China, Russia, the Philippines and partly Vietnam, examines the key points of territorial disputes between China and the Philippines, touches on Russia's position on this issue and US policy in the region. The article highlights the interests of our country in Southeast Asia, the existing or potential directions for the development of Russian-Vietnamese, Russian-Chinese and Russian-Philippines bilateral relations, as well as the possibilities of multilateral cooperation.
