Russia–ASEAN Humanitarian Cooperation at the New Historical Stage

Annotation: This paper analyses, how humanitarian cooperation has developed between Russia and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) in 2022, at the new historical stage of Russian foreign politics, when the country moved towards more active protection of its core national interests, conducted the special military operation in Ukraine, opposed the Western anti-Russian political, military, economic and information aggression, and intensified the cooperation with non-Western world, including the ASEAN countries. The author studies Russia–ASEAN relationship in 2022 in the following areas: culture, science, education, healthcare, tourism, youth exchanges, and mass media.
