The Russian Diaspora on Guam: the Emergence History and Future Prospects

Annotation: This article is an outlook of information about the Russian-speaking inhabitants of Micronesian island of Guam (unincorporated territory of the USA). Although there are extremely few Russian-speaking people on Guam, their life, the dynamics of their growth in number and their problems reflect the changes of the international situation as well as the changes of the internal situation in Russia and the USA that happened in the last decade.
