Annotation: The article id devoted to the problems of bilateral trade and economic cooperation of two ASEAN country-members, Indonesia and Vietnam. The main attention is paid to the bilateral trade, the problems of mutual investments and cooperation in the field of tourism are also regarded as well as a cooperation for prevention of illegal fishing.
