Priority Areas of Cooperation between Moscow and Manila

Annotation: The paper deals with the priority areas of potential cooperation between Russia and the Philippines both in the economy and in the educational, information technology, financial, and cultural spheres of life. The main emphasis is on mutually beneficial economic projects and trade cooperation in the field of export-import of goods traditional for the two countries. Also, special attention is paid to the educational sphere and achievements in this area on both sides.
