Annotation: The article examines the main areas of NATO cooperation with Australia and New Zealand at the present stage as part of the formation and implementation of the anti-Russian and anti-Chinese agenda. An assessment of the role played by these states in the global strategy of the Alliance is made. The author examines the attempts of Washington and its allies to involve Canberra and Wellington in the implementation of large-scale geopolitical projects. It is concluded that NATO leadership will strive to strengthen cooperation with Australia and New Zealand in the near future. The main reason for such interaction will be the desire of the Alliance, primarily the United States, in the long term to implement military-political containment of China and Russia with the help of reliable regional partners.
