Overview of the Socio-Economic and Political Life of Modern Malaysia

Annotation: The article is devoted to the main events that have taken place in Malaysia in recent years against the background of the political and economic crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the weakening of the Malaysian currency, low export prices for oil and commodities, the war in Europe, and the slowdown in China, as well as the activities of the Prime Minister of Malaysia in these difficult years for Malaysia and the world. The main stages of Malaysia's post-crisis recovery are considered, as well as the socio-political situation in the new conditions.
