E-Governance in Approaches to Ensuring the Cybersecurity in APR (Cases of Taiwan and Singapore)

Annotation: The paper examines the approaches of Taiwan and Singapore towards e-governance development as a part of national cybersecurity strategy. The study highlights the current drive to strengthen the influence of governmental institutions in the digital area. For the Taiwanese administration, the key factor in this vector is external tension in relations with mainland China, while the Singaporean government is mainly strengthening the internal stability of the constitutional order.
