Annotation: Japan is actively strengthening its economic cooperation with Southeast Asian countries, considering it a crucial tool for ensuring regional stability. The Land of the Rising Sun uses various mechanisms to reinforce its positions in the region, including economic diplomacy, cultural exchanges, and investments in infrastructure projects. These initiatives not only contribute to economic integration but also strengthen political and social ties between countries, reducing the risks of conflict and promoting long-term stabilization in the region. Such creation of interdependence through economic interaction is an important and reliable guarantee of the stability and prosperity of Southeast Asian countries amid global challenges. The strategic use of economic and cultural tools can serve as a foundation for forming more harmonious and secure relations on the international stage.
