Oceania at 2024 Moscow BRICS+ Fashion Summit

Annotation: This paper analyses the experience of Oceania delegates at the BRICS+ Fashion Summit 2024, which took place in October in Moscow. During the summit, the author interviewed in person the representatives of Papua New Guinea and Fiji. The answers are discussed in the context of potential developments in Russia’s relationships with both countries.
