China's Interests and Role in Resolving the Internal Conflict in Myanmar after the RSM Military Coup in 2021

Annotation: The article examines China's interests and current priorities in resolving the conflict between the central government in Naypyitaw and armed ethnic organizations following the coup d'état in Myanmar in 2021 and the deteriorating civil conflict in that country. The author focuses on various factors influencing Beijing's diplomacy, as well as the tools and incentives it uses to stabilize the situation in Myanmar.
