The Perspectives of Socio-Economic Development of Australia in 2025

Annotation: The perspectives of socio-economic development of Australia in 2025 on the whole grounded on the grand totals of socio-economic development of the country over the last years. At the same time, the important role plays the solid founds of socio-economic system of the country made on the last decades. In opinion of experts, the main factors of strong economic growth in the country was the effectiveness of the government policy, strong institutes of regulation, stable regional trade contacts and the stable growth of population. Admittedly, restrictive monetary and credit government policy of late led to weakening of the demand and to restriction of the economic supply. As a result, the economic activity on the whole supports by government demand and by large infrastructure projects. According to forecasts, the growth rates begins to accelerate in 2025, with 2,1% during the year. However, the growth rates will remain lower than the potential level up to 2026 year, when they will reach 2,3% during the year. Positive role for further development of the country plays the active regional interaction. The activity of Australia in the Pacific region directs on the intensification of the regional economic stability and contributes to further development.
