Annotation: Science, technology and innovation are important tools for measuring competitiveness and for inclusive and sustainable economic growth of a country. Developing countries require policy support in developing relevant science, technology and innovation. The strategic steps of Indonesia's national leadership in the field of science, technology and innovation have been evident from the regulations issued during the presidential rule of five eras.
