Annotation: The political role of the Army is still raising with creation of new military districts which play active role in solution of local infrastructure and social problems. The level of social differences is still high, in some places coinciding with ethnical differences. The government took some steps to overcome social difficulties of the poor people and raising the role of the state sector in national economy. Still in August-September 2025 mass actions took place in many regions with social and political demands. Human victims happened.
