Annotation: Have given a convincing evidence of high grow tendency of foreign capital run, showing up particularly in its third period beginning in 2000 (according to author's classification). Vietnam has entered again the group of the developing countries most successful in FDI mobilization, as well as moved ahead drastically by the greenfield projects number in SEA.
