Annotation: A.S.Voronin in his paper International cooperation of Russia and Vietnam. Aims, parameters, prospects observes development of Russian-Vietnamese strategic partnership in the sphere of foreign policy. The author follows the process of shaping the aims, directions and mechanisms of cooperation. He also puts forward several practical proposals to further its effectiveness. It is stressed that strategic partnership of Russia and Vietnam answers the core national interests of both countries, promotes security and progress in Asia Pacific Region.
