The possibility of war for the islands in South-China Sea: “pro” and “contra”

Annotation: The general reason for conflict in the South-China Sea is extensive economic development of the countries of the region and their accompanying growing foreign policy ambitions. Many states of the region are still on the industrial stage of development when new resources both natural and geographical are necessary for further economic growth. Taking into account the significance of the South-China Sea resources for China, Vietnam and the Philippines it is the key factor to seek control over the South-China Sea water territory.
