Annotation: Medium and long range prognosis of ASEAN countries development necessarily takes into account ecological factor with the priority given to climate change that could threaten social economic, political, and ecologic stability. Climate change could seriously complicate relations between countries due to growing stream of illegal migrants, which is already a problem with no easy and quick solution.
