The “green development” is the means to promote ecological security in South-East Asia

Annotation: Today the problem of ecologically secure development is of great importance to the leaders of South-East Asia. In addition, it is not only because for the last two decades the world community has been very concerned with worsening of ecologic situation and global ecologic problems mainly connected with the climate change. The importance of ecologic problems in the global politics and economics could not fail to affect the attitude of South-East Asian nations toward environmental protection and to stimulate their ecologic activities.
