Annotation: The researchers attempt to describe major ideology and political processes in Vietnam to-day and their impact on the country’s foreign policy as well as its positioning as a regional state in South-East Asia and in the Asia - Pacific. The authors proceed from the assumption that the SRV government persues dual approach in national strategies: domestic and foreign.
