APR in Change Global Process and Russian Role in the Region

Annotation: The author analyses the situation in the Asia-Pacific Region in expert opinions in context of the global process from 2005 till 2015. She uses the international expert polling in the framework of the international project “Dialogue Partnership as a Factor of Stability and Integration” - “Bridge between East and West”. In the project specialist and VIP persons (person, who make decisions) participate as experts. They represent 16 APR states: Brunei-Darussalam, India, Indonesia, Japan, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, the People's Republic of China, the Republic of Korea, the Philippines, the Russian Federation, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and the USA. This analysis includes geopolitical overview and leadership of states in the Asia-Pacific region, economic, energy and security situation, risks and threats, possibility of military conflict. The main goal is to show the possible directions of effective cooperation and coordination of different APR states interests.
