The Woman’s Face of the Independence Movement in Vietnam

Annotation: The article is devoted to the participation of women in liberation struggle which Vietnam more than once had to wage during its history. If the national heroes - men are well known to any researcher of Vietnam’s history, as far as women are concerned many of them are out of their view, which the authors of this paper should try to partially correct. Speaking of the 20th century the authors mainly stress the activities of those heroines who scarcely presented in research literature and manuals on Vietnamese history.
