Annotation: In his paper Dr. A.Voronin considers one of the most dramatic events in military, political and diplomatic confrontations of the “cold war” namely the Paris Peace Agreements on termination of war and restoration of peace in Vietnam which meant the beginning of the end of “the US Vietnam age.” The Americans had to admit their defeat and their failure to impose its will by the force of arms on the Vietnamese people who were courageously fighting for their independence and freedom.
