Development of the Cooperation in the Energy Sphere between Russia and Vietnam: Problems and Perspectives

Annotation: The authors analise the cooperation between Russia and Vietnam in energy sector (oil and gas - upstream and downstream). They show activity of Russian oil and gas companies (Zarubezhneft, GAZPROM, Rosneft, Gazprom Neft, LUKOIL and etc). The article is based on the results of the international expert polling from 2005 to present time in the international project “Dialogue Partnership as a Factor of Stability and Integration” - “Bridge between East and West” (the head Dr Larissa Ruban).
