Annotation: The article presents the picture of how Vietnam meets external challenges. To withstand the hazards Vietnam's government uses the means of mobilizing domestic and international resources. Against the backdrop of the crisis, the Vietnamese government has assumed effective measures to subdue inflation, to stabilize macroeconomics, and to ensure social security for the people.
