The Results of the International Expert Polling on the Role and Position of Russia in APR and the Global Process

Annotation: In the article the author analyses the situation in the Asia-Pacific Region as evaluated by the experts in context of the global process from 2005 till 2015. The author uses the international expert polling in international project “Dialogue Partnership as Factor of the Stability and Integration – Bridge between East and West”. As experts in the project the specialists of higher qualities and VIP-persons (the ones who take decisions) from 16 APR states participate: Brunei-Darussalam, India, Indonesia, Japan, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Peoples Republic of China, Republic of Korea, the Philippines, the Russian Federation, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and the USA. Analysis includes characterizing of geopolitical power combination and the Asia Pacific region struggle for leadership as well as economic, energy and security situation, risks and threats, possibility of the military conflict. The main goal of the author is to show possible directions of the effective cooperation and combination of the interests of different states in APR.
