The role of NGO in political life in Vietnam

Annotation: The paper explores the main features of activities of foreign NGOs in Vietnam analyzing some of their positive and negative aspects. On this basis, the author gives the complex assessment of the possible role of NGOs in political and economic cooperation between Russia and Vietnam.
