Annotation: The source of ideas and methods of radical Islam are mainly the works of ideologists of the Muslim Brotherhood Association. The construction of the organizational structure and methods of training the militants were also laid by the founder of the Association, Hasan Al-Banna. The further development of the actual methods of terrorist activity is largely due to Said Qutb. The ramified network of cells and sections of the Muslim Brotherhood throughout the Islamic world made it possible to create a huge number of such organizations, which today continues to fuel the ranks of the "Islamic state" and other terrorist groups in Syria.
