Annotation: Matyukhin M. analyses the oil-and-gas companies of Southeast Asia are deeply concerned about adverse prospects of opening new large oil and gas fields in the countries of region provided fast growth of demand for such resources is taking place. They are worry about some complicated technological and financial arrangements of work in the region too. This is the dominant motive of their for expansion overseas. In 2010 the greatest activity abroad was demonstrated by the oil-and-gas companies of Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia, working in tens countries of the world, practically in all regions, including outside SEA.
