Annotation: Dr. Marina Osipova analyses trends and prospects of the global monetary system reform. The world has changed since the financial crisis of 2008. The Jamaican monetary system is unable to ensure the stability of global monetary and economic relations any longer. Crisis manifestations are sure to generate plans to reform the monetary system. The author underlines the growing role of ASEAN +6 (China, the Republic of Korea, Japan, Australia, the New Zeeland and India) in its contemporary reforming.
