The Philippines: elections 2013.

Annotation: The paper dwells on the interim elections in the Philippines of 13 May 2013 that in accordance with the Constitution are held in the middle of a 6-year presidential term. For the Filipinas elections 2013 has special meaning. In fact it is a strength test for the fifth post-authoritarian president Benigno Simeon (Noynoy) Aquino who has triumphantly been elected in May 2010 and received extremely high rating of electorate.
