Multinationals in Vietnam: equity and non-equity modes of international production

Annotation: The article gives the analisys of the forms of FDI into Vietnam, as well as non-equity modes of international production in Vietnam, which are more or less successfully promoted by Multinationals: contract manufacturing, outsourcing IT-BPO, franchising, comtract farming. This analysis shows how far Vietnam has advanced in diversification of various forms of international cooperation, which of these forms are predominant and how that could influence nation's development within medium term.
