The US policy in the Philippines at the present stage: pro and contra

Annotation: The paper dwells on the special features of the US-Philippines relations and focuses on the trends manifested during Barak Obama administration’s period. The author examines political, strategic, economic and educational aspects of bilateral relations and presents the U.S. image in the Philippines basing on statistics. The author comes to the conclusion that stable partnership between the US and the Philippines will continue and that the Philippines will show a high level of confidence in their former metropolis.
