Annotation: The articles aim to define repercussions of the PCA decision for territorial disputes in Northeast Asia. Stating prospects for growing contradictions, the authors outline Russia’s possibilities to keep them manageable including by means of increased cooperation between Russia and South Korea in the Arctic.
